We Can Read

The We Can Read Program of Mayville is sponsored by the Mayville School System, the Mayville Museum, and the Mayville District Public Library.

This program was established to:

provide free books for kids age  3-12 so they can start school without reading deficits

provide volunteer tutoring with retired teachers

integrate all reading programs (We Can Read, Imagination Library, etc.) for the benefit of all children.

Each child will receive 4 FREE books a year. They can pick up their book at each of the events listed below.                        

   March 23    Easter Egg Hunt

 July 27 & 28    Sunflower Festival

       August 28    Welcome Back Night

December 8    Light Up the Night
