Charity Sewing Day Retreat, led by Jan Steele and held at the Mayville Library. 

Sign up for a block of time, all day, or both days. Bring your machine, supplies, charity projects, and your own lunch. Let’s get sewing!

Friday, October 11th from 9:00-5:00 and Saturday, October 12th from 10:00-1:30.

4 demos on possible projects for new ideas:

• Friday at 11:00 – Pillowcase
• Friday at 1:00 – Lap robe
• Friday at 3:00 – Tie a quilt
• Saturday at 12:00 – Heart-shaped pillow (for women recovering from mastectomies)

You may attend the demos even if you aren’t sewing with us. These demos are not classes so we won’t be sewing the projects together at this time. Copies of the patterns will be available.
